My Background

Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with a wide assortment of furry and scaled companions, including large, energetic dogs, chinchillas, geckos and tortoises. My passion for animals drove me to pursue a diploma in Animal Health Technology through Olds College, which allowed me to become a Registered Veterinary Technologist. I have spent the past year working in fast-paced emergency veterinary hospital settings with a diverse caseload of patients, where I gained valuable hands-on experience working with dogs and cats of every temperament as well as a broad range of exotic pets.

I am certified in pet CPR and first-aid with real-life experience applying those skills when it matters most. This makes me a uniquely qualified candidate to provide top-notch care for your animal companions with special medical needs. During my time working in emergency veterinary clinics, I've cared for pets with a variety of chronic and acute conditions including epilepsy, diabetes, kidney disease and more. I am confident administering medications, monitoring symptoms and responding calmly and effectively in urgent situations. Combined with my background as a Registered Veterinary Technologist and a lifetime of experience with animals of all kinds, I bring both the clinical knowledge and compassionate approach needed to ensure your pet's health, safety and comfort at all times.
